| We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: You should receive yours within 7-10 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us. |
| Mainland UK : |
| Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and we'll despatch your parcel by express delivery, subject to stock being available. We can't make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. |
| Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands: |
Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
All express delivery parcels will need to be signed for on delivery. |
| ORDER TRACKING & HISTORY: |
| We do not currently offer automated order tracking via our website, but intend to introduce this in the future. In the meantime, if you would like information about the progress of your order, please contact one of our staff. |
| POSTAGE & PACKING: |
| All deliveries incur a postage and packing charge of £4.95. Unless for particularly heavy items, in which case the postage and packing charge will be specified under product information. |
| Express Delivery (UK only): |
| Even though our normal service is fast, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is a supplement of £5.00 over and above our normal postage and packing rates. |
| Overseas Delivery: |
| If you would like an item delivered to an overseas address, please contact our staff to arrange this. |
