Four sizes, three depths and a choice of two finishes, giving a total 24 combinations. Select silver anodised for high quality at a standard price, or hard anodised for a surface twice as hard as stainless steel. Both finishes use the same highly conductive base alloy which enhances caramelisation to produce deep, rich flavours.
